Using TestExpress testkits is strictly at the risk and undertaking of the individual or company using our tests. TestExpress shall not be held responsible in any way if their testkits are used for any purposes other than those clearly designated herein as legal and acceptable usage, or in any manner that is not consistent with normal testing procedures.
