TestExpress Return Policy
First we would like to clarify that it is very rare that you will receive a testkit that is actually defective. Typically, in our experience, if you receive a false-positive or unclear results, the inaccuracy is the result of an end user error. So prior to returning a testkit, please read the information on this page carefully. In NO event should any returns be made to TestExpress. TestExpress handles any complaints or false-positives on a case-by case basis. If you have received an unclear result, which is referred to as a 'reject', you must send TestExpress a detailed written description and include: the lot number, order number, date, time, and an exact accounting of the reject or 'no-test' incident. Rejects can result from the person being tested using an adulterant or otherwise altering the specimen in some way, or often a tester has not been properly trained and does something incorrectly. This is usually the case - and these end user errors do not qualify as a defect in the testkit - which is the only acceptable reason for returning a testkit. So if you believe you have received a false-positive or have questions on the test results you received, please contact TestExpress and we will try to determine, using the information you provide us, what error could have caused the problem and attempt to help you so you can avoid repeating the same mistake in the future. If we determine that the testkit could actually be defective, we will contact you and advise you of such. At this point you may return your testkit by shipping it postage pre-paid directly to the manufacturer, and you must include a detailed letter as to why you are returning the testkit, with a cc to TestExpress.
