Upon submission I agree to the following: This purchase order is an enforcable contract between TestExpress, Inc., as a legally binding contractual instrument with the company and person ordering and signing below as the person authorized to order and purchase all products and services as rendered by TestExpress, Inc. The purchaser consents to the exercise of jurisdiction by TN courts and agrees that TN law shall apply and if the purchaser is in default, and suit is filed to recover any purchases outstanding thereof, purchaser agrees to pay court costs thereof and any collection fee(s) including reasonable attorney's fees. All payments are due upon receipt of invoices unless otherwise noted.
